Issued in Barcelona, this passport is the first booklet standard set by Leage of Nation Passport Conference that took place in 1920.

The cover is of flimsy thin paper and the booklet was put together by a single thread.

Interestingly on page 5, finger-print impressions were also taken.

It was used once as per frontier stamping on page 6.
