Sticker visa for Republic of the Philippines issued on 21 September 2005 and expired on 20 December 2005, permitting only single entry for a stay of 59 days. It was issued by Philippine Embassy in Islamabad and with entry immigration stamping on 28 September 2005.

This page has four distinct stampings by the Malaysian immigration officers at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Entry stamping dated 14 October 2005, permitting a stay until 19 October 2005 (6 days). On top left, of this stamping, another over-stamping Transit was added.

Third rubber-stamping was for transit information. The passenger was heading towards KHI (Jinnah International Airport, Karachi) with Malaysia Airlines MH160 leaving on the 15 October 2005 around 12.30 at noon.

The fourth immigration stamping was when the passenger was leaving for Karachi, denoted with red immigration stamping, KELUAR (Exit).
