These are to request and require in the Name of the Viceroy and Governor-General of India all those whom it may concern to allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance, and to afford her every assistance and protection of which she may stand in need.

NOTICE TO TRAVELLERS TO EGPYT
 
Persons visiting or passing through Egypt are warned that their passports must bear and Egyptian visa granted by an Egyptian Consular Officer. There being no Egyptian Consular Representative in India all passports presented in India for endorsement for Egypt will at the same time be vised by the endorsing authority.

OBSERVATIONS
 
This passport is granted for the single journey to England and is available only for six months. It should not be renewed without proof of the nationality the holder's husband, who has stated that he was granted a British Passport byt the Foreign Office, London which has been mislaid.
